MaxSea, official partner of the Clipper Race

The world leader in maritime navigation software will fit out boats being used in the next Clipper round-the-world race with its TIMEZERO software, designed in the Izarbel Technology Park.

 The Clipper Race is a competition on board 70-foot yachts, with twelve crews taking part. A peculiarity of the test is the composition of the teams which consist of a professional skipper overseeing novices and occasional sailors.

 Starting from Liverpool on 20th August, the Clipper Race will take place over eleven months with legs in Argentina, South Africa, Australia, China, the USA, Panama, finally arriving back into Liverpool. All the boats from the 2017-2018 edition of the race are going to be equipped with TIMEZERO software designed by the MaxSea company, based in the Izarbel Technology Park since 1995.
