In order to help create and develop companies, each year the agglomeration supports technology-based projects with an 'incubation grant' for the sum of 15,000 euros per project.
This aid is provided in partnership with The Institute of Advanced Industrial Technologies (ESTIA), which hosts these entrepreneurs.
For practical purposes, the project is analysed by the Technology Cluster Committee, which meets with the project leaders. Once projects have been examined, grants are awarded by the Municipal Council.
From 2006 to 2015, two projects per year were given grants.
In 2016, a minimum of three innovative technology projects will receive grants.
