4.0 industry cross-border training programmes

In the framework of ICTraining40, cross-border training programmes are being organised to strengthen Industry 4.0-linked profiles, mainly in the well-being and sports sectors. 

The ICTraining40 project is included in the framework of the Spain-France-Andorra (POCTEFA 2014-2020) Interreg V-A programme, which aims to strengthen economic and social integration in the Spain-France-Andorra border regions. This programme is focused on the development of economic, social and environmental cross-border activities through joint strategies which foster the area’s sustainable development.

The training programmes, provided by ICTraining40, focus on implementation strategies for tourist flow management, particularly in the well-being and sports sectors. Six cross-border training courses and knowledge transfer workshops have been organised to create two new professional profiles with a particular focus on young people and women. Online training is currently available.
