The Basque Country Technology Park hosts the RETIS Winter Seminar

Bringing together some one hundred entities dedicated to the creation of innovative businesses, growth, and the organisation of French innovative territories, the RETIS network will get together on 25 January at the Arkinova business generator.

Since 2015, the technology park ecosystem developed by the Basque Country Urban Authority has benefited from the “technology park” label awarded by RETIS (National Network of Innovative Territories and Ecosystems). It’s a wide project and management area, including the technology park sites of Izarbel in Bidart, Technocité in Bayonne, Arkinova in Anglet and the future Ocean Start site in Biarritz, which benefits from this label.

On Thursday 25 January, the members of RETIS and local invited partners will get together at the Arkinova business generator for their Winter Seminar organised jointly by RETIS and the Basque Country Technology Park. This day will be dedicated to creative methods for supporting start-ups. On the programme: a plenary conference hosted by Bertrand Barré, creative workshops and the presentation of RETIS’s new services and actions for 2018 by Patrick Valverde and Cristèle Couget, respectively President and General Delegate of the RETIS network.

In the afternoon, workshops will be led by experts in creative methods: David García Castillo and the “six thinking hats”, Alice Barralon for agile and lean company transformations, Pascal Jarry for the ASIT method (Advanced Systematic Inventive Thinking), Ronan Bariou a specialist in design thinking and Cyril Durand for the Blue Ocean strategy. The RETIS seminar is aimed only at the members of this network and invited partners.
