Established on the Arkinova technology park in Anglet, the Nobatek/INEF4 centre, the Institute for Energy and Environmental Transition in Construction, is taking part in the HOSPITAL 4.0 project (Interreg Sudoe*) aimed at improving the energy efficiency of hospital organisations.

After mapping the consumption of hospital organisations in the South West, the Nobatek/INEF4 teams will install sensors in the Belharra clinic in Bayonne to collect real-time data and visualise scenarios of theoretical consumption.

The specific aim is to evaluate the capacity of the clinic to produce renewable energy on site. The HOSPITAL 4.0 (Interreg Sudoe) project began at the beginning of 2020 and will last for thirty months.

*The Hospital Sudoe 4.0 projects brings together ITCL (ES), Junta de Extremadura (ES), FundeSalud (ES), CCI Bayonne Pays Basque (FR), NOBATEK/INEF4 (FR), Adene (PRT), Tecnico de Lisboa (PRT) as well as associate partners Agence Régionale de Santé (ARS), Capio Gerencia del Area de Salud de Badajoz (SES), Administração Central e Regional do Sistema de Saude IP (ARS)
