ESTIA Entreprendre courses in May

Three courses are being offered for project promoters and business creators in the legal, financial and strategic fields by ESTIA Entreprendre at the Izarbel Technology Park on 11, 18 and 24 May 2017.

 

 

    Legal issues involved with business creation.

    Thursday 11 May from 9 am to 12.30 pm and 2 pm to 5.30 pm.

Led by Claire Champion, a lawyer with the EY Law Firm, this course will answer the different legal questions that arise when starting a business, as well as those related to its development: setting up, protection, contracts, etc. 

 

    Understanding how to raise capital and anticipate the different stages involved

    Thursday 18 May from 2 pm to 5.30 pm

Annabel Dubois, “investor relations” manager for the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Development and Innovation Agency (ADI-NA), will present the entire fundraising process, the different types of investors, the impact of the entry of new partners into a company and the services offered by ADI-NA for this process.

 

    Keys for the success of a business plan

    Wednesday 24 May from 9 am to 12.30 pm and 2 pm to 5.30 pm.

Valérie Laurans, a consultant in strategic management for 15 years, will lead this course, intended to help you master the different aspects of a business plan, from its construction to techniques for presenting and justifying it. 

 

ESTIA Entreprendre courses are free for project promoters and business creators supported by the ESTIA Entreprendre Business Innovation Centre, other participants will be charged.
