Solutions to optimise your travel

Chronoplus and its company travel scheme (PDE) are helping reduce travel costs for company employees while also protecting the environment. Sound interesting? An information morning is being held for employees and managers on Tuesday 24 January 2017 at 11.30 am at the Izarbel site.

Organised by the Syndicat des Transports and Chronoplus, this information meeting will provide the opportunity to discuss eco-friendly transport and commuting from home to work. It will also present the Chronoplus network’s services, which notably serve the Izarbel technology park, and discuss the advantages of this reliable and economical mode of transport.

The Chronoplus service includes the PassPro for employees: a yearly low-cost subscription with a 50% contribution from your employer. For companies, Chronoplus offers a ‘Company Pass’ (Pass Entreprise) that provides access to the Agglomeration’s public transport network for twelve months and which can be used by company employees for their work-related travel.

The Syndicat des Transports also helps companies in the region develop their company travel scheme (PDE) or inter-company travel scheme (PDIE). It involves analysing one or more companies’ travel needs in order to set travel and commute budgets for its employees. The PDE or PDIE then helps establish an action plan and implement, monitor and evaluate the actions undertaken. This process will be initiated across the Izarbel technology park in 2017 with the implementation of a PDIE.

Information meeting on Tuesday 24 January 2017 at 11.30 am in the Izarbel Pavillion (Erretegia et Parlementia Room).
