ESTIA Entreprendre is holding a one-day training event on Tuesday 15 December 2016. Legal questions about creating and growing a business will be addressed under the guidance of a lawyer.

What status should you choose when starting a company? Will that status continue to be appropriate as your company grows? How and why should you write an Associates’ Pact? How can you successfully hire your first employee?

As part of its short training programme entitled 'Managing an innovative company', organised at the Izarbel technology park, ESTIA Entreprendre is holding an event on Thursday 15 December 2016 to answer these legal questions.

Claire Champion, a lawyer at EY law firm, will lead the training. The event is free for project initiators and creators receiving support from the ESTIA Entreprendre Business Innovation Center, while other participants pay a fee.
