Call for E-tourism projects

On the occasion of the National E-tourism Conference which will be held in Pau from 15 to 17 October 2019, a call for projects has been launched for innovative start-ups from the e-tourism industry.

Over 850 tourist industry professionals (tourist offices, departmental and regional tourism committees, and companies,) are expected at the National E-Tourism Conference which has been held in Pau since 2011. The goal of the three days of discussion is to provide support and direction for destination managers regarding the changes to their jobs due to new and digital technologies. The E-tourism Start-up Contest call for projects is for innovative companies which were set up less than 3 years ago. Five start-ups will be selected to present their project to the tourist industry professionals present in Pau. The best project will be awarded €5,000. The deadline for applications is 31 August 2019.
