Talk: Everything you Need to Know about Blockchain

A talk on this new data storage and information sharing technology is planned for Thursday 17 November 2016 from 6 pm to 7.30 pm at the Izarbel Technology Park.

Presented as 'a storage and information sharing technology that's transparent, secure, and works without any central management system', blockchain is predicted to be one of the next digital revolutions.

ESTIA Entreprendre in collaboration with the New Aquitaine Digital Agency, the Academy of Future Technologies, and the Pays Basque Digital cluster, is hosting a free talk on the subject of Blockchain on Thursday 17 November 2016 from 6 pm until 7.30 pm at the Izarbel Technology Park (Mari Amphitheatre, ESTIA 1 building).

The talk will be led by Laurent Pierre Gilliard, Assistant Director of the New Aquitaine Digital Agency, who will help attendees to better understand this technology using examples of its uses in Aquitaine and by imagining what its future uses could be.
